Can I set my business name and tax ID during checkout?

Yes, businesses can enter their company name and tax ID (VAT number) directly during the checkout process. This information will appear on your invoices for proper accounting and tax purposes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and SEPA direct debit for recurring payments, directly through our online checkout (Stripe). Additional payment methods such as Klarna may also be available depending on your location. Paying outside our online checkout, with a bank transfer against an invoice for example, is possible on yearly plans, subject to an administrative handling fee of €180 excl. tax per payment.

Can I get a quote for my subscription?

Yes. If you would like a quote before subscribing to a yearly plan, start by creating a free account from our login page, or send us the login email address of your existing account if you already have one. Also tell us which payment method you plan to use, since an administrative handling fee applies to payments made outside our online checkout (see above), along with the exact details of the quote recipient (registered company name and billing address). We will email you the quote with a dedicated payment link so you can subscribe directly.

Who is the Enterprise plan for?

The Enterprise plan is not an additional tier, it is a project engagement. It is designed for organizations whose needs genuinely go beyond what the Business plan covers: a bespoke system, integrations specific to your information systems, deployment on the cloud provider of your choice, or particular security and data sovereignty requirements. It includes full support, from initial scoping through design, custom development and project management. This work is priced case by case and sits well above the Business plan, never below: it is not a route to an intermediate price between two published plans. If the Business plan covers your needs, it will remain the most economical option. If you are running a bespoke project and have the budget to match, contact our sales team.

What types of QR codes are available?

All plans include access to 15 different QR code types: URL, Email, Call, SMS, vCard, File Upload, Event, Text, Links (link-in-bio), Audio, Mobile App, Business, Survey, Photo Gallery, and Lost & Found. Several of these types include beautifully designed hosted pages that are fully customizable. A 16th type, WiFi, is available as a free static QR code tool and does not require a plan.
