This page lists the third-party sub-processors that Twilee uses to provide our services. We only work with trusted partners who maintain high standards of data protection and security.
All sub-processors are carefully selected and required to comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) to manage customer communications and send transactional emails. Your data (email address, name, usage data) is stored on servers located in the European Union (France, Germany, Belgium). Brevo acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in compliance with GDPR. For more information, see Brevo's Privacy Policy.
We use Cloudflare for DNS and traffic load balancing. No user data is stored; only transient connection metadata is processed. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
We use Mistral AI (Mistral AI SAS, Paris, France) to automatically moderate QR code content and detect prohibited material. Data is processed exclusively on servers located in the European Union. For more information, see Mistral AI's Privacy Policy.
Our infrastructure is hosted by OVHcloud (OVH SAS, Roubaix, France), a European cloud provider. All data is stored exclusively in data centers located within the European Union (France). OVHcloud is ISO 27001 certified and fully GDPR compliant. See OVHcloud's Privacy Policy.
We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and acts as an independent data controller for payment data. For details, see Stripe's Privacy Policy.
