Can I set my business name and tax ID during checkout?

Yes, businesses can enter their company name and tax ID (VAT number) directly during the checkout process. This information will appear on your invoices for proper accounting and tax purposes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and SEPA direct debit for recurring payments. Additional payment methods such as Klarna may also be available depending on your location.

Can I get a quote for my subscription?

Yes, if you would like to receive a quote before subscribing to an yearly plan, please feel free to contact us providing the contact details of the quote recipient as well as the email address of the account to which the subscription should be linked. If you haven't created an account yet, you can do it from our login page. A quote will be sent to you by email containing a subscription link.

Do you offer custom enterprise solutions?

What types of QR codes are available?

All plans include access to 15 different QR code types: URL, Email, Call, SMS, vCard, File Upload, Event, Text, Links (link-in-bio), Audio, Mobile App, Business, Survey, Photo Gallery, and Lost & Found. How is the pricing calculated for dynamic QR codes?

Starter Plan: €4,90/month for 20 dynamic QR codes.

Premium Plan: €15,90/month for 100 dynamic QR codes.

Business Plan: 10,000 dynamic QR codes with advanced features.

Yearly billing: Pay for 10 months and get 2 months free on all plans.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
