QR code types

QR codes can have multiple types of destinations. While the most common is to link to a URL, Twilee also offers other types that can help you engage your users more effectively.

Currently, the available types are:

• URL
• Email
• Call
• SMS
• vCard
• File
• Event
• Links

Because of limitations in the QR code technology, some types offers hosted page. It means that the redirection will target a link on twilee.com. Currently Event and Links have this capability.

Hosted page means that the user is redirected to a hosted page on https://twilee.com/.
