Twilee teams let multiple users manage QR codes together. All team members share the same QR codes, tags, saved styles, analytics, and settings.

Invite a member

  1. Go to Team > Team settings.
  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
  3. Click Invite. The invitee receives an email with a link to join your team.

Pending invitations are listed on the same page. The invitation counts toward your plan's member limit.

Roles

Each team member can be assigned one or more roles:

Role Permissions
User Default role. Can create, edit, and manage QR codes.
Admin Can manage team settings, invite or remove members, and assign roles.
Billing Can access subscription and payment settings.

Roles are managed from Team > Roles (admin only).

At least one member must hold the Admin role and one must hold the Billing role at all times.

What is shared

All resources are team-scoped. Every member can access:

  • QR codes and their analytics
  • Tags
  • Saved styles
  • Bulk operations (import, export, visual design)
  • Inactive page settings
  • Reporting settings

Roles management is available on plans with more than 1 team member.

Available on: Premium, Business, and Enterprise plans (Free and Starter are single-user).
