Paid plans
Twilee proposes three paid plans: Starter, Premium and Business.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, with billing automatically adjusted on a prorated basis. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, allowing you to continue using your current plan's features until then.
When downgrading, please ensure that the number of active QR codes is within the limit of the chosen plan before the change takes effect. For example, if you move from Premium (100 QR codes) to Starter (20 QR codes), you'll need to reduce your active codes to 20 or fewer.
All subscriptions are securely managed through Stripe Billing. Your payment details are never stored on our servers—they are processed and kept safe by Stripe, a certified PCI-DSS compliant provider. You can update your payment method at any time directly from your account settings.
